HR Transformation Manager Part Time | 6 month Fixed-Term Contract | The Bukola Group is partnering with a growing organisation embarking on a significant period of business transformation and change. We are seeking an experienced People Transformation Manager to support the business through organisational redesign, restructuring and workforce change. This is a hands-on role requiring a commercially minded HR professional who can balance business needs with a people-first approach. Working closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a transformation programme, ensuring that change is implemented effectively, communicated clearly and managed compliantly. Key Responsibilities • Lead the people aspects of a business transformation programme. • Support the design and implementation of a new organisational structure. • Manage a restructuring exercise affecting approximately 14–15 employees. • Provide expert guidance on redundancy consultation processes and employment law considerations. • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication and engagement plan. • Coach and support leaders through sensitive conversations and change initiatives. • Assess and mitigate employee relations risks. • Ensure all activities are delivered with professionalism, empathy and compliance. You'll be an experienced HR professional who has successfully delivered organisational change and restructuring programmes. You will bring: • Proven experience leading transformation and change initiatives. • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and redundancy processes. • Experience managing complex employee relations matters. • Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and leadership teams. • Strong communication and influencing skills. • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. • The ability to provide both strategic guidance and hands-on delivery.
