HR Advisor

We are currently working with a client in the Gallery and Museum sector based in Central London, who are looking to appoint a People and Culture Advisor on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time position, starting in July, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £37,000 to £42,974 per annum. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a team, able to build strong relationships with managers and ideally a CIPD qualification, but not essential. Duties will include (but are not limited to): • Providing first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and people-related matters • Managing and responding to queries received through the HR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate resolution • Supporting the management of low-level employee relations cases, including attendance, conduct, and performance matters • Coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with required processes • Maintaining accurate HR records and systems while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices Experience required: • Experience required in HR support or advisory role, covering generalist HR activities. • Experience working within a small team Skills, knowledge and expertise required: • Employee Relations knowledge • Communication and Stakeholder management skills • Attention to detail and organisation Rewards and Benefits: • Hybrid working • Flexible lunch hours • Sponsorship with a CIPD qualification Working hours: • 35 hours per week • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
