HR Advisor • Job Type: Temporary (Part-time) • Location: Central Milton Keynes We are seeking a temporary HR Advisor to cover sick leave, initially for two weeks, with the possibility of extension. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong HR experience, looking to work 3-4 mornings per week. You will serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers, handle general HR administration, and provide support for an upcoming ISO audit. Day-to-day of the role: • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers. • Manage and execute general HR administrative tasks efficiently. • Provide necessary preparation and support for the ISO audit. • Collaborate with the Parent Company's HR Consultant to ensure alignment and compliance with HR policies and practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven HR experience in a similar role. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment. • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines. • Knowledge of HR regulations and standards, particularly related to ISO audits.
