HR Advisor (4-Months) Ready to be the trusted HR partner employees turn to? Working closely with managers across the business, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional and commercially focused HR service that supports both employees and organisational objectives. Day-to-Day: • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures. • Supporting managers with employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues. • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities. • Supporting learning and development initiatives. • Ensuring HR records and systems are maintained accurately. • Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. • Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing programmes. • Helping ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice. What we're looking for: • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Administrator role. • Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience. • Sound understanding of UK employment law. • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it (desirable). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
