Human Resources Analyst Are you a highly analytical HR professional with a passion for systems, data, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join ourclients HR team in London, supporting training & Competence and broader HR functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, developing HR systems, creating meaningful management information, and helping deliver excellent employee and regulatory outcomes. What You'll Be Doing As their Human Resources Analyst, you'll become a key subject matter expert for our HR and Learning Management Systems, helping to drive efficiency, compliance, and insight across the business. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting the development and administration of our Training & Competence framework and SM&CR processes • Managing and enhancing our Learning Management System (Access) and HR system (Connect) • Producing insightful HR, training, competency, and compliance MI and reporting • Supporting professional qualifications, CPD tracking, and mandatory training programmes • Developing automated reports and dashboards to support decision-making • Maintaining data integrity across HR systems and identifying opportunities for process improvement • Supporting HR projects and wider people initiatives across the business About You We're looking for someone who is: • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail • Advanced in Microsoft Excel and confident working with data • Experienced in producing reports, MI, and business insights • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships across teams • Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement Desirable Experience • Experience working within HR, Learning & Development, Training & Competence, or Financial Services • Knowledge of HRIS or LMS platforms • Exposure to SM&CR, regulatory training, or professional qualifications administration • Experience with Sage People, Access Evo, or similar systems Why Join ?
