HR Assistant

Your new company Your new role will beworking for a highly respected public sector organisation, based within their Edinburgh facility, on a hybrid basis. Your new role You will join a collaborative and supportive HR function as HR Assistant, and you will be involved in the full employee life cycle responsible for providing HR support to the organisation. In this generalist HR role, you will provide advice on HR policy, support on employee relations case work, and you will also be involved in a range of HR data and administration tasks. What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this role, you will have demonstrable experience in an HR Assistant or HR coordinator role. You will have a range of generalist HR experience supporting the full lifestyle. You will also be competent at using HR systems and have a diligent and efficient way of working, displaying high attention to detail. What you'll get in return This organisationoffers a competitive salary for this role, paid on an hourly rate basis. Thisrole will be a temporary contract continuous for a period of 6months. The role will behybrid ideally, although some remote working could also be considered.
