HR Business Partner

Reed is excited to partner with a leading service provider in the social housing sector to recruit a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner. This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in delivering strategic HR support, fostering strong relationships, and driving organisational success.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Contribute to the strategic HR plans that support the organisation's vision and strategic intent.
• Lead specific change programmes, ensuring business leaders are supported and guided to successful completion.
• Oversee professional recruitment and selection processes.
• Provide high-level people management, development, and support across the organisation.
• Support strategies for employee engagement and wellbeing.
• Deliver operational HR services including recruitment, retention, data management, learning and development, and performance management.
• Provide pragmatic HR advice to business leaders on various issues such as disciplinary actions, capability, and grievances.
• Promote good employee relations and actively uphold the organisation's values and behavioural framework.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the social housing or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR strategic and operational roles.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in managing change, including knowledge of legal HR aspects.
• Ability to coach and mentor managers and leaders.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficient in HR systems and data management.
