The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator (Level 1) to join our Education HR Consultancy Team on a part-time basis (25.5 hours per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop their HR career within a supportive and growing consultancy environment. You'll work closely with our HR Consultancy Manager and HR Consultants, supporting schools and education clients through the delivery of high-quality HR administration services.
What You'll Be Doing
• Producing contracts of employment, offer letters and HR documentation for education-sector clients using established templates.
• Reviewing client information to ensure documentation aligns with agreed terms and conditions.
• Advising clients on contract clauses where appropriate and escalating complex queries to the wider HR team.
• Uploading and managing HR documentation in line with agreed service level agreements.
• Supporting the HR Consultancy Manager and HR Consultants in delivering an effective HR service across the client base.
• Assisting with the development and continuous improvement of our Contracts & Document Management system.
• Working collaboratively with internal Payroll and VERA teams to support shared clients.
• Contributing ideas to improve processes, service delivery and the effective use of technology.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Keeping up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice through training and continuous professional development.
• Providing general administrative support and undertaking ad hoc duties as required.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
• A professional, confidential and customer-focused mindset.
Desirable Skills & Experience
• Willingness to study towards a CIPD qualification if not already held.
