A fantastic opportunity to join a growing business who are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships and providing practical HR support across the business.
The Role
Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you’ll provide advice and support across a broad range of HR matters. This role would suit a strong Senior HR Advisor who is confident handling employee relations, enjoys variety and is comfortable working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters
• Supporting managers through the full employee lifecycle
• Advising on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Supporting with HR projects and process improvements
• Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
Desirable Skills & Experience
• Strong Senior HR Advisor or HR Consultant experience
• Excellent employee relations knowledge and experience
• Confident advising managers and stakeholders at all levels
• A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable working in a hands-on HR role and making an immediate impact
The Package
• Circa £50,000 salary
• Flexible working hours
• Opportunity to join on either a permanent or fixed-term contract basis
• Based onsite in Medway
