HR Service Transformation Consultant

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented HR Service Transformation Consultant on a Contract basis. We are seeking an experienced HR Service Transformation Consultant to lead a significant organisational redesign programme across Corporate Facilities Management. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model of a key council service What's on offer: • Salary: £550-£650 a day inside IR35 *negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require • Hybrid working • Contract type: Contract • Monday - Friday About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): • Lead the organisational design and restructuring of the Corporate Facilities Management service • Review existing organisational structures, reporting lines, spans of control, workloads and service capacity • Develop future operating model options and organisational structure proposals • Work alongside HR and Finance colleagues to ensure proposals are financially viable, operationally effective and legally compliant About you: You will have the following experiences: • Extensive experience in a similar role • Extensive experience delivering organisational design and service redesign programmes • Strong experience developing future operating models with senior leadership teams • Local Authority experience is essential How to apply • Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted. • Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
