HR Specialist (Part Time)

Part-Time HR Specialist Richmond | 3 Days Per Week (Office Based) | £35,000 Pro Rata Are you an HR professional who enjoys making things work better? This is an opportunity to take ownership of a broad HR role while helping shape modern processes, introducing practical AI tools, and creating systems that make a real difference. What you'll be doing • Managing day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. • Supporting recruitment and building consistent, effective hiring processes. • Maintaining HR policies, records and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. • Advising on employee relations matters where required. • Introducing practical AI and automation tools to streamline HR administration. • Developing simple performance management frameworks and supporting managers with objective setting. • Producing meaningful HR reports and insights to support decision-making. • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and the employee experience. What we're looking for • Previous experience in a generalist HR, People Operations or Talent role. • Strong understanding of UK employment law. • Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities. • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes. • Interest in using AI and technology to enhance HR, rather than replace the human element. • Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
