Hybrid Senior Paraplanner

An exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm of Financial Planners based in Central London. They have been established for over 30 years and due to on-going success require a Senior Paraplanner to join the team. Senior Technical Paraplanner plays a critical role in supporting financial advisers by delivering high-quality technical research, analysis, and client-focused reports. This position requires advanced knowledge of financial planning, tax, pensions, investments, and compliance, combined with strong analytical and communication skills. The role involves mentoring junior paraplanners and ensuring technical accuracy across all planning outputs. In addition to producing complex advice, the Senior Paraplanner provides technical oversight, mentors paraplanners, and helps drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across the paraplanning function. Skills and Knowledge Chartered or happy working towards Minimum of 5 years experience Strong understanding of Pensions, Investments, tax planning and protection Proficient in Financial Planning software like FE Analytics and Voyant Key responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on Financial Products Ensure suitability reports meet regulatory standards Prepare detailed cashflow models Salary up to £60,000 Hybrid working pattern offering 2 days from home.
