IFA Administrator – Route to Trainee Paraplanner – Wealth Management Essex | Up to £35,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Clear Paraplanning Progression An established and highly respected independent financial planning firm in Essex is seeking an IFA Administrator to join its growing team due to continued business expansion. The Role Working alongside a team of experienced administrators and advisers, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of outstanding client service across all aspects of financial planning administration. Duties will include: • Processing new business • Preparing client documentation and valuations • Liaising with providers and clients • Managing client records and back-office systems • Supporting advisers with ongoing client servicing • General IFA administration duties About You We're looking for someone who has: • Ideally 2 Years or more experience within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment • Alternatively, experience within an insurance company or financial services administration role • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail • A proactive and positive approach • A genuine interest in building a long-term career within financial planning Career Development This firm actively promotes from within. Recent examples include a Paraplanner progressing into an Adviser role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a Paraplanner within approximately two years, depending on experience and progression.
