The Role Working alongside a team of experienced administrators and advisers, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of outstanding client service across all aspects of financial planning administration. Duties will include: • Processing new business • Preparing client documentation and valuations • Liaising with providers and clients • Managing client records and back-office systems • Supporting advisers with ongoing client servicing • General IFA administration duties About You We're looking for someone who has: • Ideally 2 Years or more experience within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment • Alternatively, experience within an insurance company or financial services administration role • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail • A proactive and positive approach • A genuine interest in building a long-term career within financial planning Career Development This firm actively promotes from within. Recent examples include a Paraplanner progressing into an Adviser role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a Paraplanner within approximately two years, depending on experience and progression.
