IFA Administrator – Wealth Management - up to £35,000 - Hybrid A well-established and growing wealth management firm is seeking an IFA Administrator to join their client support team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners • Processing new business across pensions, investments, and protection • Liaising with product providers and third parties to progress cases • Preparing client documentation and review packs • Maintaining accurate client records on back-office systems (e.g. Intelliflo) • Managing client correspondence, queries, and follow-ups • Ensuring all administration is completed in line with FCA and compliance requirements Candidate Profile: • Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management environment • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail • Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Intelliflo or similar systems preferred • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
