IFA Client Care Administrator
South Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing and highly respected financial planning firm that is looking to recruit a Client Care Administrator to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused financial services professional looking to join a supportive business where you can develop your skills and play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience.
Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you will ensure clients receive a seamless service while helping to keep business operations running efficiently.
The Role
This varied position will see you taking ownership of key client servicing and administration activities, including:
• Managing adviser diaries and booking annual reviews, introductory meetings and client appointments
• Coordinating meeting schedules and ensuring adviser calendars are organised efficiently
• Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Transfers of Service (ToS), tracking requests and liaising with providers
• Chasing outstanding information and maintaining accurate records across internal systems
• Processing provider documentation, including fund switches, fee amendments and Bed & ISA transactions
• Supporting advisers with day-to-day client servicing requirements
• Answering client enquiries and providing a professional first point of contact
• Logging and distributing incoming and outgoing post
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Supporting the wider Client Care and Client Servicing teams where required
About You
To be successful, you will have:
• Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning administration/client servicing role
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Experience using back-office systems within financial services would be advantageous
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
