IGA Business Analyst

IGA Business Analyst £550 + £50 bonus (Inside IR35 via an Umbrella) 3 days a week onsite in Central London 3-6 Months Initial Contract - Extensions very Likely Our Client, a high street retailer are looking for a IGA Business Analyst to come in and help with the full re-implementation of their Identity Governance Platform and roll out to a global user base. Whilst there is an established process for UK-based operations, there is no consistent global JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) framework, and multiple international business units operate in different ways. Skills & Experience Required: • Experience operating as a Business Analyst on complex, enterprise technology programmes. • You need strong Experience working on identity, access management, and security-related initiatives (IGA experience) • Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements across complex organisations. • Have the ability to work across both business and technical stakeholders. • Experience working within global or multi-business unit environments. • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. • Have the ability to operate independently and drive requirements activity forward. • You need to have used IGA platforms or access governance tooling. • Understanding of JML processes and identity life cycle management. • Experience working alongside third-party delivery partners.
