This established wealth management business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, holistic financial planning advice to individuals, families and business owners. As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking a commercially minded Financial Adviser who can drive new business generation while delivering exceptional advice and client outcomes. This role would suit an ambitious adviser who enjoys developing new relationships, identifying opportunities and building a successful client bank within a supportive and professional environment. The Opportunity Working as part of an experienced financial planning team, you will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities while delivering tailored financial planning advice across a broad range of areas. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and converting new client opportunities through proactive business development activities • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships • Conducting comprehensive fact-finding meetings and financial reviews • Providing advice on pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning strategies • Assessing client objectives, risk profiles and financial circumstances • Delivering compliant and client-focused financial planning recommendations • Managing your own pipeline of prospective and existing clients • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the business You will benefit from dedicated paraplanning and administration support, allowing you to focus on client acquisition, relationship management and advice delivery.
