Job description

A leading national Independent Financial Advice firm is currently seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join its growing South Coast team, based within the Solent region. This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser with a proven track record who is looking to take the next step in their career within a well-resourced, whole-of-market firm that offers strong support and development. The successful candidate will benefit from a substantial existing client bank, as well as full paraplanning and administrative support, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality advice and further developing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Provide holistic, independent financial advice to a portfolio of clients • Service and develop existing client relationships across Fareham, Chichester and the wider Hampshire area • Identify new business opportunities and support ongoing client growth • Maintain high standards of compliance and client service Requirements: • Previous experience as an Independent Financial Adviser • Managing an existing client book • Strong relationship management and communication skills • Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum Package & Benefits: • Basic salary of £60,000–£90,000 (dependent on experience) • Bonus scheme with OTE of circa £20,000 in year one • Generous benefits package including pension and holiday allowance • Full paraplanning and administrative support • Opportunity to join a well-established, highly reputable national firm This role offers strong long-term career prospects within one of the UK’s most successful financial planning organisations.
