Indirect Procurement Manager

Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Indirect Procurement Manager. This role combines strategic procurement with direct stakeholder engagement, requiring the successful candidate to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams while supporting key sourcing and procurement initiatives. Combining procurement expertise with digital intelligence -the role leverages data, AI and category insights to improve sourcing and deliver commercial value. The company is a SME, B2B business who is experiencing rapid global growth and expanding into new markets and regions. Duties & Responsibilities for this Indirect Procurement Manager role: • Support the development and execution of regional procurement strategies, managing end-to-end sourcing across indirect spend categories including IT hardware, software, licences and professional services. • Identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers, ensuring they meet commercial, operational and compliance requirements while expanding the regional supplier network. • Utilise AI-enabled procurement tools, spend analytics and market intelligence to drive informed sourcing decisions and deliver commercial value. • Build and manage strong supplier relationships, monitoring performance and providing market insights and recommendations to Category Management and Global Buying teams. • Partner with Business Development, Customer Success, Legal, Finance and Product teams to deliver procurement solutions that meet both business and customer requirements. • Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes, supplier governance and sourcing frameworks to enhance efficiency, compliance and best practice. To be successful in this Indirect Procurement Manager role: • 3-5 years' experience in sourcing and procurement, with a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement activities and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. • Proven experience operating at Manager or Lead level, building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence. • Our client is open to different background including procurement consultancies, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods etc. • Experienced in supporting category strategies, supplier relationship management (SRM), commercial negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance. • Strong analytical skills with AI fluency, using data-driven insights to optimise sourcing decisions, procurement performance, and supplier outcomes. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, willing to travel when required, with experience in enterprise SaaS environments considered an advantage.
