Job description

The Company A well-established sales and marketing organisation, working with leading brands to deliver effective retail solutions across the UK. The business supports clients through strong in-store execution, customer engagement and data-driven performance, operating in fast-paced retail environments. The Role As Recruitment Lead, you will lead the recruitment function to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring. Working closely with internal stakeholders and client account teams, you will ensure recruitment objectives are met, provide an excellent candidate experience, oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, and drive continuous improvement across all recruitment activities. Leadership: • Lead and develop the recruitment function to achieve vacancy targets and meet client SLAs. • Manage a part time Recruitment Executive - performance through coaching, training and appraisals. • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing recruitment processes and proactively resolving issues. Recruitment: • Develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality talent, including senior management roles. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and full ATS utilisation. • Build talent pipelines, identify market trends, and drive continuous improvement to support business growth and employee retention. Reporting & Data: • Produce recruitment reports and insights using Excel, the ATS and Power BI to track performance, trends and key initiatives. • Analyse market and competitor activity, providing recommendations and executive summaries to clients and account teams. Admin: • Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes are compliant with company policies and relevant legislation, maintaining accurate records and documentation. • Manage vacancy advertising, onboarding and new starter administration, delivering an engaging candidate experience. • Support HR initiatives and contribute to ad hoc projects as required. Field Engagement: • Conduct regular field visits and attend client meetings to stay aligned with business needs. • Deliver recruitment workshops and guidance to hiring managers, promoting best practice and process updates. About You: We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor who has hands on knowledge of the full 360 lifecycle. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong team player. • Approachable, adaptable and proactive. • Competent using ATS/LinkedIn/Job boards. • Knowledge of Excel and drawing reports providing insight. • Live within commutable distance of Thame and have your own transport for field visits, when required. The Package: • Full time, permanent role. • Hybrid, offering 3 in the office, 2 WFH. • £30-33k DOE. • 5% company bonus. • Other great benefits.
