Innovation Consultant - Remote (UK) - c£90K An established and rapidly growing Microsoft consultancy is looking to hire an Innovation Consultant to help organisations transform the way they work using the latest Microsoft AI and low-code technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy delivering cutting-edge projects across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Azure AI. Working alongside experienced solution and innovation architects, you'll design, prototype and deliver intelligent business solutions that drive real value for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver innovative AI and low-code solutions using Microsoft technologies • Build prototypes, AI agents, automation's and Power Platform applications that solve real business challenges • Support innovation workshops, discovery sessions and client demonstrations • Translate business requirements into practical Microsoft-based solutions • Work alongside Innovation Architects to deliver scalable, secure and production-ready solutions • Contribute reusable assets, accelerators, and demonstrations that support future client engagements Skills & Experience • Experience in a consulting, innovation, or solution delivery role within the Microsoft ecosystem • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate & Copilot Studio) • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Dynamics 365 • Experience developing AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI services • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business audiences
