Key responsibilities include: • Analysing and validating complex healthcare datasets from a variety of sources. • Producing high-quality reports, dashboards, visualisations and briefing materials. • Supporting performance monitoring, operational planning and strategic decision-making. • Developing and maintaining databases, reporting tools and automated analytical processes. • Applying population health management, segmentation and inequalities analysis techniques to generate actionable insight. • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and analytical products. • Working closely with colleagues across the NHS and partner organisations to understand information requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Presenting findings and recommendations to a range of technical and non-technical audiences. • Supporting the development of data standards, information governance compliance and best practice approaches to analysis. • Assisting with the development and support of colleagues within the wider analytical community.
