Intapp Dealcloud CRM Systems Specialist - Global Law Firm

A leading international law firm is seeking a CRM Systems Specialist to join its Marketing & Business Development team in London. This role will act as the local CRM subject-matter expert, responsible for maintaining high-quality CRM data, supporting users, and playing a key role in the firm’s migration from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud. Key Responsibilities: • Support the migration from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud and ongoing system adoption. • Act as the London CRM expert, supporting partners and internal users. • Maintain and improve CRM data quality, governance and best practices. • Cleanse and maintain contact records, mailing lists and company data. • Produce searches, reports and targeted lists to support Business Development activity. • Ensure CRM data processes comply with GDPR and data protection requirements. Skills & Experience: • Hands-on experience with Intapp DealCloud and InterAction. • Strong CRM data management and data governance experience. • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. • Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. • Experience in legal or professional services environments is desirable.
