Interim FP&A Analyst - AI

Interim FP&A Process Improvement Analyst £250 per day 6-Month Contract London / Hybrid I'm currently recruiting for an exciting 6-month contract with a well-established, fast-paced business looking to strengthen its FP&A team. This isn't your typical FP&A role. We're looking for someone who enjoys challenging existing processes, driving efficiencies and using data to support better commercial decision-making. You'll play a key role in improving reporting, streamlining ways of working and helping the finance function become more effective. Key responsibilities: • Identify and implement process improvements across the finance function • Use data and insights to support commercial and operational decision-making • Improve reporting, forecasting, and planning processes • Work closely with stakeholders to challenge existing ways of working and drive efficiencies • Explore opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to enhance finance processes We're looking for someone with experience in: • FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering • Process improvement, continuous improvement, or finance transformation • Data analysis and reporting (Power BI or similar would be advantageous) • Strong Excel and analytical skills • An understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot and how they can be applied within finance Most importantly, you'll be someone who is proactive, enjoys solving problems and is confident identifying and implementing improvements without needing direction The opportunity: • 6-month contract • £250 per day • Equivalent salary of approximately £55,000-£60,000 • Hybrid working • Immediate start preferred If you're looking for a contract where you can genuinely make an impact and leave a lasting legacy, I'd love to hear from you.
