Interim P2P Finance Lead - Entertainment

Our client is looking for an end-to-end Finance Operations Analyst to join their London-based Finance team, supporting operations in a fast-paced, creative & collaborative environment. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll oversee the purchase-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring financial transactions are accurate, compliant and delivered efficiently. Workday Financials experience is essential. Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end P2P process, including supplier onboarding, purchase orders, invoice reviews and supplier queries for the EMEA region • Partner with cross-functional teams to support procurement activities, contracts and finance-related requests • Ensure invoices and expenses are accurately coded, approved and processed in line with company policies • Support month-end close by preparing accruals, investigating variances and maintaining accurate financial records • Monitor spend against budgets and forecasts, highlighting any risks or discrepancies • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and support ad hoc projects Requirements: • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline • 3-5 Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
