Interim TA Manager - Trading experience London Hybrid (3 days per week in office) 6 months c500 per day umbrella We are partnering with a leading trading firm to appoint an Interim Talent Acquisition Manager to support a period of high-growth hiring.This is a hands-on role, ideal for a TA professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of direct sourcing within trading environments. The RoleYou will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on proactively sourcing top talent across Trading Operations and Technology functions. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll play a key role in delivering against critical hiring needs.Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment across Trading Ops and Tech roles • Drive direct sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements • Manage multiple vacancies in a high-demand, fast-paced environment • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process Requirements • Proven experience as a TA Manager / Senior Recruiter within a trading environment • Strong track record of direct sourcing for Trading Operations and Technology roles • Ability to operate in a hands-on, delivery-focused role • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Available for an immediate start or on short notice The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing trading business and make an immediate impact in a critical hiring phase.
