With ambitious hiring plans and a strong focus on attracting high-calibre talent, the business is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on an interim basis and provide immediate support to critical hiring projects.This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and make a tangible impact on business growth through the attraction and delivery of exceptional talent.Your New RoleAs Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities across a portfolio of professional services and consulting functions.The role will be heavily focused on direct sourcing and attracting high-quality Manager and Senior Manager-level talent, partnering with business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Key responsibilities include: • Managing multiple permanent hiring projects simultaneously • Building and executing proactive sourcing strategies • Identifying and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market conditions • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer • Delivering market intelligence and talent insights to stakeholders • Building strong candidate pipelines for future hiring requirements • Ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will bring: • Strong experience recruiting within professional services, consulting or advisory environments • Proven capability in direct sourcing and headhunting passive talent • Experience hiring Manager and Senior Manager-level professionals • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills • A proactive, delivery-focused approach with the ability to work at pace • Immediate or short-notice availability Experience recruiting within the following disciplines would be particularly advantageous: • Tax • Deals / Transactions • Finance Transformation • Management Consulting • Advisory Services If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
