Job description

Interim Talent and Resourcing Manager Based in London, hybrid working, 3 days per week onsite Length: 3 months (open to extension) Rate: ~£600 umbrella (inside IR35) Venn Group is working with a Local Authority in London who are looking to appoint an interim Talent & Resourcing Manager to be a part of the HR/OD Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities: · Leading the Council's talent, recruitment & succession planning · Delivering the Inclusive Employer programme and values-based recruitment approach · Providing strategic leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition and employer branding · Leading executive recruitment and specialist hard-to-fill recruitment campaigns · Acting as the Council's subject matter expert on talent and resourcing strategy · Managing workforce planning, pipelining and retention initiatives · Overseeing recruitment systems, redeployment processes · Representing the Council on London Councils recruitment networks Key Requirements: · Extensive expertise in recruitment, talent management, succession planning and workforce planning · Hands on experience managing and leading Recruitment teams · Knowledge and experience of Talentlink and iTrent systems · Knowledge of DBS and safeguarding processes, and workforce implications of employment legislation · Strong strategic leadership, partnership working and stakeholder management skills · Demonstrable commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion · Strong analytical capability and use of workforce data and insight
