The Business: This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead internal communications within a fast-growing, private equity-backed business at a pivotal point in its journey. With significant investment, a refreshed leadership team, and multiple transformation programmes underway, the organisation is entering its next phase of growth. They are now looking for a confident, strategic and hands-on Internal Communications Lead to build clarity, consistency and engagement across the business. The Role: You will be responsible for developing and delivering a clear, engaging internal communications strategy that aligns colleagues to the company’s growth plans, transformation agenda and client-led culture. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to shape how the business communicates, engages and evolves. Develop and deliver a clear internal communications strategy aligned to business priorities, including growth and digital transformation Translate complex business initiatives into clear, engaging and meaningful communication for colleagues Partner with senior leadership (ExCo) to shape and deliver a consistent and compelling narrative Lead communications across transformation programmes, ensuring change is understood and adopted effectively Drive colleague engagement through impactful campaigns, storytelling and culture initiatives Manage and optimise internal channels (intranet, email, video, events) to improve reach, clarity and effectiveness Establish measurement frameworks to track engagement, understanding and behavioural impact Align internal messaging with external positioning and investor narrative The Person: Proven experience delivering internal communications within a complex organisation 10+ years experience in a similar, comms centric role Strong track record supporting transformation and change programmes Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership Skilled at simplifying complex information into clear, engaging messaging Strong experience across multi-channel communications (intranet, events, digital platforms) Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and refine communications effectiveness Hands-on approach, equally comfortable setting strategy and delivering execution
