Description
• Develop and deliver a content and storytelling strategy across channels
• Create engaging content including articles, social posts, video, and email campaigns
• Gather and write sensitive, real-life stories for multiple audiences
• Support video production, including planning, filming, and distribution
• Work with agencies and creatives to produce high-quality multimedia content
• Manage story databases, consent processes, and content usage tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and organisational goals
• Monitor budgets and support best practice in content and storytelling across teams
Profile
• Proven experience creating engaging written and digital content
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences
• Experience interviewing individuals and handling sensitive information professionally
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Confident building relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience using CMS platforms and digital communication tools
• Strong organisational, communication, and content planning skills
• Proactive, creative, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
