Investment Associate, UK Mid Market Private Equity Fund

A leading UK mid cap market private equity fund is now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team. The fund has been established a number of years and has made a series of very successful investments in businesses across a range of sectors. They are a generalist investor looking for well managed and already successful businesses. The role: • Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process • Origination of new deals in businesses • Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models • Working on deal execution - deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors • Portfolio Management work They are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows: • Investment professionals from other private equity funds • Associates from investment banks and elite boutiques • Strategy consultants from firms like McKinsey and Bain • Great UK deal experience • The role is probably suited to someone with 4-6 years work experience with a strong UK investing deal background
