Job description

Main responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Private Debt Investment Specialist team in London, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all outputs. • Lead the preparation, review, and submission of responses to client and prospect requests (including Due Diligence Questionnaires, Requests for Proposal, and ad hoc requests), collaborating closely with investment, sales, risk, ESG, legal, and other functions of the firm. • Manage the creation, update, and enhancement of marketing materials supporting fundraising activities and new fund launches (presentations, pitch decks, private placement memorandums, DDQs, etc.) for Private Debt strategies. • Supervise the analysis, compilation, and interpretation of fund and portfolio data for use in marketing, investor reports, and quantitative due diligence. • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of all prepared documentation and client-facing materials. • Support and develop team members, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional growth within the ISG Private Debt team. • Actively monitor industry trends and the specialized press, keep the team informed on relevant market developments in private credit, and promote the team's participation in key sector events and conferences. • Engage in transversal/strategic projects (notably ESG topics), representing Private Debt expertise and driving alignment with group-wide initiatives. Profile : • At least 4-7 years of experience in investment management, leveraged finance, private debt, or a related field, with a demonstrable track record of operational and/or transactional responsibilities. • Genuine interest in and understanding of private debt markets, with a strong awareness of current events, industry trends, and key market players. • Demonstrated participation in industry events, and active engagement with specialized press/news sources covering the asset class. • Proven ability to manage and supervise a team, including overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality execution, and supporting team development and training. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple work streams in parallel.
