Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA) - Remote35 Hours per Week | Fixed-Term until September 2026 | Potential Extension We're looking for an Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA) to provide specialist support to LGBT+ victims and survivors of sexual violence across the UK. This is a rewarding opportunity to support survivors by delivering trauma-informed, person-centred advocacy, helping individuals navigate the impact of sexual violence and access the support they need. You'll manage your own caseload, complete risk and needs assessments, develop safety plans, support clients through the criminal and civil justice systems, liaise with partner agencies, and signpost to specialist services. We're Looking For • Members of the LGBT+ community • Experience supporting victims and survivors of sexual violence • ISVA qualification preferred, but applicants with substantial relevant advocacy experience will also be considered • Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment and trauma-informed practice • Able to start ASAP What's on Offer • Predominantly remote/home-based • 35 hours per week • Fixed-term contract until September 2026, with the potential for extension • Rare travel to the London office (expenses covered where required) • Opportunity to make a genuine difference supporting LGBT+ survivors of sexual violence Immediate interviews available - applications are being reviewed as they are received.
