We have a great benefits package which includes medical cover and a company pension. Your new job You will be one of three in our IT Operations Department. The team focuses on running and optimizing the internal IT infrastructure in the company. Your responsibilities will include; • Internal user support • Employee on and off-boarding • Server infrastructure maintenance (Linux) • Office equipment maintenance and improvements • Network maintenance • Assistance in the implementation of internal services and systems • Windows and macOS client support, as well as basic server support • iOS and Android support • Documentation of your own work • Ordering hardware and equipment • Miscellaneous ad hoc tasks within the IT Operations team About you We are looking for a patient and approachable candidate with a curious mind and a strong desire to help others who can enrich our current capabilities. You will be a great match if you have: • 2+ years of IT support experience • Azure AD / Microsoft 365 experience • Experience with server infrastructure, including VMware and/or Proxmox • Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence • Technical competencies: • PowerShell, Shell and/or Bash • Microsoft Admin Portals (Azure, Microsoft 365 Admin, etc) • Familiarity with different SaaS solutions You will need to have: • Service-oriented attitude • Strong communication skills • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) • Danish language skills advantageous if applying to work in Denmark • Ability to translate user input into technical requirements • Ability to research and drive a project to completion • Good interpersonal skills • Analytical and critical thinker • Open-minded and positive attitude • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively Security Clearance Please note that in accordance with country-specific requirements, you must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and have a clean criminal record.
