IT Support Analyst £180 per Day (Inside IR35) Initial 3 Months Wokingham (Hybrid) Your New Role We're looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join a growing internal IT team, providing 1st and 2nd line support across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft technologies experience who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users and working with modern cloud-based infrastructure. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing devices through Microsoft Intune, supporting Microsoft 365, and ensuring users receive a first-class IT support experience. Ensuring Your Success Essential • Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line IT Support role. • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune. • Experience managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration. • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID) and Group Policy. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple support tickets.
