IT Support Engineer

A well-established international manufacturing organisation is looking to add an experienced IT Support Engineer to its UK IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on technical role covering server support and some infrastructure, security, Microsoft technologies and end-user computing within a growing business. You'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organisation's IT environment, working across: • Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy) • Server, storage, backup and monitoring infrastructure • Server patching, security hardening and vulnerability remediation • Virtualisation technologies (VMware/vSphere) • Desktop and laptop support • Endpoint management and device support • Backup and disaster recovery processes • Technical documentation and asset management • BAU support and ticket resolution within agreed service levels.
