The role involves working with local partners, coordinating with internal teams and solving customer problems The role: - Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, partners and UK based teams - Liaise with suppliers including hotels, coach companies and other service providers - Resolve and address any issues that may arise during organised trips - Confirm and manage itineraries, bookings, services and accommodation - Ensure all accommodations and activities meet with health and safety standards - Be responsible for supplier rate negotiation - Facilitate communication between travel coordinator and supplier ensuring outstanding service is provided - Travel to Italy during peak season The candidate: - Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) essential - Experience working in the travel industry - especially ski group travel beneficial - Experience and a passion for skiing required - Excellent communication skills - Strong organisational skills, problem solver and comfortable working independently - IT literate - Willing to travel to Italy The salary: up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
