The Role
As an IVA Insolvency Practitioner, you will take responsibility for managing a high-volume caseload of IVA appointments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the named Insolvency Practitioner on a portfolio of IVA cases
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IVA cases, from proposal through to closure
• Ensure all cases are managed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to case administrators and support staff
• Review and sign off key documentation, including proposals and reports
• Liaise with creditors, clients, and other stakeholders where required
• Monitor team performance and assist in driving operational efficiency
Requirements
• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (essential)
• Strong experience within the volume IVA market
• Proven ability to manage and oversee a high-volume caseload
• Excellent knowledge of insolvency legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercially aware with a focus on delivering results
