Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager Job status: Permanent Working hours: 09:30 - 18:00 Who You'll Be Working for: An international supplier of engineering components Responsibilities: • Develop the new business and maintain the current accounts • Achieve sales target and monitoring sales activities (Budget control) • Supervise and authorise work listed below done by the sales and marketing staff. • Administration processes (i.e. quote, order receipt, order placement, export documents, etc) • Project management including customer/supplier supports product specification • Business trips to suppliers/customers and defence shows • Coordinate with the managing director and other directors including the subsidiary in Japan and oversea region. Requirements: • Japanese mother tongue level • Fluent (business level) English ability in writing and speaking • Work experience at a Japanese trading house (preferable) • Work experience with management role • Engineering back-ground (preferable) • Driving licence holder • Responsible character • Excellent communication skill Please follow us on Linkedin: people-first-team-japan We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
