Client Details Our client is in the Insurance sector and is looking to grow their team with a Java Solution Architect. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in London. Description • Design and develop scalable and efficient Java-based solutions to address complex business challenges. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions. • Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to promote professional growth. • Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance project outcomes. • Ensure solutions are aligned with organisational goals and technical strategies. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Profile Must haves: • Java, J2EE • Spring / Spring Boot • Agentic development experience • Camunda • n8n • Hands on Solution Architect experience Nice to haves: • Claude • AWS • Kubernetes / Docker Job Offer • Full benefits package to follow
