Job Title: Junior Block Manager Location: Harrow, London Salary: £25,000 - £32,500 (dependent on experience) We are working with a highly respected and well-established firm seeking a motivated JuniorBlock Manager to join their growing team. About the Role As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring properties are well maintained and compliant with all relevant regulations. You will act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders, delivering a high standard of service at all times.
