McCabe & Barton is working with a global organisation looking to hire a Junior EUC Support Engineer into its end-user computing team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with 2 to 4 years of Service Desk, Deskside Support or EUC experience who is ready to step into a more autonomous second-line role within a global environment.
You will provide support to users across the UK, Europe, US and APAC, taking ownership of technical issues from triage through to resolution while working closely with senior engineers on more complex incidents and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing second-line support across Windows desktops, virtual desktops and Microsoft 365
• Managing tickets through to resolution while maintaining clear communication with users
• Supporting Active Directory and Entra ID, including user administration, group membership, MFA and password management
• Diagnosing and resolving issues across laptops, peripherals, mobile devices and meeting room technology
• Supporting Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
• Managing joiner, mover and leaver processes, including device builds and account provisioning
• Supporting Teams meetings and video conferencing environments
• Contributing to knowledgebase documentation, process improvement and project work
We are looking for someone with:
• 2+ years' experience in IT Support, Service Desk or End User Computing
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Confidence supporting laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and meeting room technology
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with global colleagues
Experience with Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams administration, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, PowerShell or ITIL-aligned environments would be advantageous.
