Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (Early finish on Fridays) The Opportunity An established and highly respected independent financial planning practice is looking to recruit a Junior Paraplanner / Financial Administrator to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within financial planning. The business offers genuine progression, with the chance to move from administration into paraplanning and, if desired, towards becoming a Financial Adviser. You'll work closely with an experienced Financial Adviser, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning advice while learning from a knowledgeable and supportive team. The Role Your responsibilities will include: • Preparing suitability reports and recommendation packs. • Assisting with report writing and technical documentation. • Supporting the paraplanning process. • Processing new business and maintaining client records. • Preparing annual review documentation. • Liaising with clients and providers. • Providing high-quality administrative support to the advisory team. • Attending client meetings where appropriate as your experience develops. About You We're looking for someone who: • Has experience in financial planning administration or junior paraplanning. • Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. • Enjoys producing accurate reports and technical documentation. • Is keen to develop their knowledge within financial planning. • Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships with clients. • Is studying towards, or has completed, the Level 4 Diploma (RO exams) or is willing to do so. • Wants to build a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities.
