Job description

• In-Office • 0-6 months experience within property • Full Training provided We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager who is looking to develop their career in property management. The role will involve supporting the management of a residential portfolio, acting as key point of contact for landlords and tenants, conducting property inspections and ensuring efficient property management service throughout the tenancy lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of 90-110 residential properties • Introduce and onboard new landlords and tenants at the start of tenancies • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants during active tenancies • Handle all tenant related enquiries and provide support with move in processes • Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships • Conduct pre-tenancy visits and property handovers • Identify, log, and coordinate the resolution of maintenance issues in a timely manner • Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation and company standards • Carry out six monthly property inspections and prepare reports • Maintain accurate tenancy records • Liaise closely with lettings, accounts and maintenance teams • Manage the deposit release process at the end of tenancies • Negotiate deposit deductions where applicable and assist with deposit dispute resolution What We’re Looking For • 0-6 months proven Property Management experience • Understanding of the residential tenancy lifecycle • Understanding of the Move-ins, inspections, maintenance and tenancy renewals • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationship with landlords
