Junior Sister/Charge Nurse

As a Sister/Charge Nurse you will be responsible for providing effective nursing leadership to a team of nurses working within the Emergency Department. You will be expected to take charge of the department, coordinating the day to day activities with will provide you with the opportunity to develop your managerial and shift leader skills. The successful applicant will be required to work and manage all areas within the department and demonstrate a professional manner, clinical expertise with good communication skills in all aspects of their work. You must be comfortable working in a busy environment juggling the different demands typical of a nursing role like this and must possess the courage to do what is right for our patients.
