Office Manager/PA Swindon Permanent – Full Time Salary is dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced, highly organised Office Manager/PA to join our clients based in Swindon. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with previous experience within the window and door industry. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the office, support the wider team, and ensure everything operates efficiently behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within required timescales. • Act as a second pair of eyes, checking that office administration is completed correctly and to a high standard. • Support and guide the office administration team to ensure workloads are managed effectively. • Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing excellent customer service. • Manage sales appointments, ensuring they are allocated efficiently. • Schedule and coordinate remedial appointments and aftercare work. • Monitor office workflows, identify any issues, and implement improvements where necessary. • Work closely with directors, surveyors, installers and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly. • Provide PA support to the directors where required, helping to prioritise workloads and keep the business organised. • Step in and assist with the day-to-day workload during busy periods to ensure the office continues to run efficiently. The Ideal Candidate • Previous experience within the windows, doors or home improvement industry is essential. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Confident managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to problem solve. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. • Able to work independently while supporting and motivating the wider office team. • A team player who leads by example and isn’t afraid to get involved in every aspect of the office when needed.
