We are partnering with a friendly and supportive primary school in Blackburn that is seeking an inspiring KS1 Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time role for the Autumn Term, with the potential for the position to be extended or become permanent. The RoleAs the successful KS1 Teacher, you will: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils. • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. • Attend staff meetings, parent's evenings, and other school events as required. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school's vision and raise pupil achievement. The Ideal Candidate • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (including placements for ECTs). • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills. • Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning. • Has excellent communication and organisational skills. • Is passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential.
