Location: Northamptonshire Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Lead Business Administrator to join a busy and professional organisation on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role will provide dedicated PA and senior administrative support to the site's leadership team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and capable of managing confidential information while building positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Executive & PA Support • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to senior leadership. • Manage complex diaries, schedules and appointments. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and distribute supporting documentation. • Handle correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently. • Arrange travel, accommodation and other logistical requirements when required. Meeting & Governance Support • Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings. • Prepare meeting packs and briefing documents. • Take accurate minutes and ensure actions are tracked to completion. • Support governance and reporting processes by monitoring deadlines and ensuring documentation is up to date. Business Administration • Maintain accurate and confidential records, files and databases. • Produce reports, presentations, letters and other business documents. • Support project administration and performance reporting activities. • Assist with the organisation of events, site visits and leadership meetings. Stakeholder Management • Act as a key point of contact for a variety of stakeholders. • Build strong working relationships across departments and with external partners. • Support internal communications and the distribution of key business updates. • Ensure a professional and responsive service is provided at all times. Operational Support • Assist with tracking projects and key business objectives. • Anticipate requirements and proactively support senior leaders. • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. • Support wider business functions as required. About You • Previous experience in a Senior Administrator, Lead Administrator, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role. • Proven experience managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings. • Strong minute-taking and document preparation skills. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. • Able to work independently and use initiative. • Professional, discreet and highly organised. Desirable • Experience within a healthcare, public sector or regulated environment. • Knowledge of governance processes and reporting requirements. • Experience supporting senior leadership teams.
