Due to how busy the team are, there is very little option for handholding, although guidance will be given of course. They are looking for someone accountable, creative and self-motivated to exceed goals and personal targets. With this being a new addition to the team, it very important for them to find the right individual who wishes to be with them for the long-term. They have an almost zero staff turnover rate - hence the full flexibility around full or part-time working options.
