We're looking for an experienced Learning and Development Partner to lead the design and delivery of learning solutions that help our people thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building leadership capability, developing future talent and creating a culture of continuous learning across Public Sector Partnership Services and our client Councils.
Working closely with senior leaders, managers and HR colleagues, you'll influence how learning and development supports organisational priorities, workforce planning and future capability needs.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading our learning and development offer across PSPS and client Councils.
• Designing and delivering leadership development programmes for emerging, new and experienced managers.
• Developing early careers initiatives, apprenticeships and talent development pathways.
• Owning and developing our Learning Management System and digital learning offer.
• Leading the annual performance and development review cycle and using workforce insight to identify development priorities.
• Commissioning, evaluating and continuously improving learning interventions.
You'll bring:
• Experience designing and delivering leadership, workforce or organisational development initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing learning technologies and blended learning solutions.
• The ability to analyse data, identify trends and demonstrate learning impact.
• Experience working with multiple projects and competing priorities.
• A passion for helping individuals, teams and organisations achieve their potential.
